A Florida woman made a bad situation worse when she allegedly told a cop who busted her for drunk driving he could expect recriminations from the Ku Klux Klan.
Not KKKool.
Cops say Deputy Brandon King, of the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, pulled over Julie Edwards, 53, on Feb 8.

Julie Edwards told the cop arresting her for being hammered behind the wheel she was going get the KKK after him.

King allegedly smelled booze on Edwards as well as noted her slurred speech and unsteady nature when she exited her vehicle.
She refused to provide a breath sample.
Then she invoked the Sunshine State version of “do you know who I am?” when she allegedly told the cop she had “KKK friends.”

“You f***ed with the wrong white people,” Edwards can be heard saying in the body cam video posted to social media. “KKK’s got your ass, boy.”

"It’s tough being a cop in the Sunshine State. They have to face down crazies with guns, crazies behind the wheel — and naked women “air drying” out in the open after a shower at a rest stop.
